If you haven’t received your order purchase confirmation and you simply want to know if your order is in the system and has been received by our network of partner florists, please contact our friendly customer service team on 1800 888 668 (you can quote Florist ID 4137). Our network HQ customer service team can email you confirmation of the order if there has been a system glitch preventing us from sending the initial confirmation email.
Please be aware that we don’t have the ability to track your order in real time as such we are unable to provide you with a delivery confirmation or expected time of delivery.
If you have reason to be concerned that your order hasn’t been delivered on the nominated day please check your order confirmation to ensure the correct address was provided, then confirm with your recipient that they aren’t actually in receipt of their gift but have not yet contacted you, be sure to have them check that your flower order hasn’t been left at a front or back door.
We often find that the recipient simply hasn’t contacted the sender immediately upon receipt, particularly when they are the main attraction in an important event or bereaved at a funeral.
We are fully aware that asking your recipient to confirm delivery can be uncomfortable for you, should the flower delivery address be correct and you’ve spoken to the recipient who has confirmed they are not in receipt of your gift, please contact our customer service team on the number provided above and they will be more than happy to investigate the matter further on your behalf.
